Most people tend to be fairly decent at selling themselves in person. I take that back, that may be too generous of a statement, but go with me on this one. They may not be able to sell themselves but they do know how to share their own stories. When you meet them in an elevator, coffee shop, or job interview – most (not all) know how to at least keep things natural. However, when it comes to sharing their story digitally, they are like a deer in headlights.
